retreat policies, terms & conditions

1. Retreat Details: The 7-Day Painting Retreat with Radka SoulArt will be held at Eco-Finca Miraflores, La Palma, Canary Islands, Spain from 3rd of May to 10th of May 2025. The retreat itinerary includes intense painting course, all supplies and materials, accomodation in shared double or triple rooms and 3 vegetarian meals a day, including dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure. 

Transportation is not included in the retreat price and must be arranged and paid for by participants. However, the organizer can assist in booking taxis from/ to the port or airport of Santa Cruz de La Palma to the retreat location, which is approximately a 15-minute drive.

2. Payment and Fees: The total cost for the retreat is €1360 per person. Payment can be made via bank transfer with details shared via email,. A non-refundable deposit of €350 is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due by 10th April 2025.
Please note that the final payment will only be requested once a sufficient number of participants have signed up. If this threshold is not met, the organizer will notify participants of the retreat's cancellation by 5th March 2025 and return the deposit.

3. Refunds and Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify the organizer before April 25th, 2025. Cancellations made before this date will receive a 40% refund of the total price. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after this date.

The non-refundable deposit of €350 will only be refunded if the organizer cancels the event by March 5th, 2025.

If the retreat is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.

4. Attendee Conduct: Participants are expected to be 18 years or older. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others and adhere to the rules of the retreat location. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion from the retreat without a refund.

5. Liability Waiver: By attending the retreat, you agree to release and hold harmless the organizers from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the retreat.

6. Force Majeure: The organizers are not responsible for any cancellations or changes due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, I will do our best to reschedule the retreat or provide a partial refund.

7. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold the organizers harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from their actions during the retreat.

8. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through mediation before pursuing any legal action.

​

10. Limitation of Liability: The organizers' liability for any claims arising from the retreat is limited to the amount paid by the participant for the retreat.
